Google has a similar option, but it may work by left clicking near the start of the text.] The Bible as we have it today is an unholy mess, but still contains much good if we observe evedences and use our common sense to know what we have has been contaminated with massive revisions and contradictions. Observe and focus on reality to find what is upright and reasonable, as opposed to what is not upright, reasonable, faithful, or true to the Covenant Standards, historical proofs, and common sense. Many claim to be knowledgable of the Bible because they have read it, or read it many times, but reading a book does not prove you have observed how much of the book defies history. Granted, those things we know now could not have been known before Archeology and Historians were able to excavate thousands of sites and major ancient writings to know if what the Bible claims as history is so - or not. It is now proven perversion of history from Genesis through Nehemiah and Daniel - revised to self-aggrandize Israel and Judah, when they were never great at any time, nore were there famous kings by the name of David or Solomon, and there is no record of the Torah found to have existed before 270 BC, at best, and it can only be observed in evidence since about 170 BC, with the telling of what is now Honnikah. There was only a very brief period in which the land was free from other major empires, as Egypt, Assyria, or Babylon. It was not until after Alexander the Great conquered the area and a later leader was gathering works and laws of other nations in the Library of Alexander in Egypt that the "Torah" came into existense, and it was evidently invented based on the wisdom of Plato and reading of other nations at the Library and formulating their "Torah" by mixing, blending, and retelling the Lore and Myths of others into a unique story they presented as a historical account up to that time. The Torah of Judaism was based on what others presented as national myths or lore - and they made their story up and called it Divinely inspired fact - and unfortunately, this was not proven and discovered for over 2000 years. Any good lie has to contain some truth, so its not surprizing that much good is in the book, but there is also much evil therein, which has been used to do many evils to others in the "Name" of God.
When their account was written there were many sites of destroyed cities that they sited as destroyed in the Exodus account. It was only through thorough archeological investigation that we now know events such as the destruction of Sihon and Heshbon were not even cities at the time the Exodus and Moses and Joshua portened to tell - faked, and I'm sure if they had known better they likely could have done a better job in making up their account. Another error exposed comes from records at a Jewish temple at Elephantine Egypt, where a contingent of soldiers guarding the southern border of Egypt had a temple that was destroyed and they were writing to the High Priest of the Temple in Jerusalem to garner their support for the Temple at Elephantine to be rebuilt. The timeframe of this was about 450 - 410 BC - the exact time frame the "Torah" was re-discovered at the Jerusalem Temple in Ezra and Nehemiah, and tells much of how Israel repented to serve God again per the "Torah" as found, as it had been lost. The information from Elephantine is they were worshipping three gods, not one. Also, there was no mention of anything in the Torah, or even the 10 Commandments, Moses, Joshua, David, or Solomon! Indeed - it may be "Divine" providence that it is now exposed that the Bible account so many have relied upon for over 2000 years is little more than fiction in our records today. It's very telling that in seeking to prove the Bible is a true historical account has exposed it to be the fraud it currently is.
Another element of evidence is that the Exodus account also blends from at least three possible accounts in history that were blended together as one, but the time frame between them proves the account in the Bible is not true, and if Jeremiah spoke truth, we can see why he accused the lying pens of the scribes to have altered what God had told them in the past about how He said they should be living their lives. If there were a people who were driven out of Egypt (Hyksos), and someone told them what they must do to improve themselves and live uprightly with their fellow mankind - the Decrees of the Shapira scrolls may be the best record of what those things were - and they largely match the teachings of Jesus in Matthew and the common sense and conscience of any good soul to consider. Differences? No rites or rituals, only instructions about living a just and reasonable life in equity and honesty. No condoning animal or human sacrifice. No condoning of slavery - if God freed them from Egypt (Jew and Gentile at the same time - multitude of nations left with them at the same time - why would God immediately bring up the topic of slavery regarding those of other nations if He had just freed them both? And if God said human sacrifice was evil and had never entered His mind - how do we see an account of Abraham being told to offer us Isaac as a human sacrifice to be where God said He would bless Abraham???? That one stinks to the high heavens folks, and it is easy to observe that in Matthew we find Jesus taught about repenting to live as God said He would bless, not that he was to be a human sacrifice to forgive the enemies of God - or anyone else! We must be prepared to face reality - have all been divided by poisoned lies in the name of God told by those who came before us? There are many great lessons about life and morality contained in our account, but few have dared to open their eyes and minds to see the accounts therein that defy reality or goodness, as they defy themselves and any sense of conscience developed by the Standards of the Pact (Covenant of Sinai) as it has been proposed to date from the time near Ezekiel. (The Moses Scroll, by Ross Nichols; or The Valediction of Moses, by Idan Dershowitz - published translation of the Shapira scrolls in 2021.) The observable fact is the teachings of Jesus largely match the Shapira scrolls account! We have copies of the Shapira scrolls and they were written in Paleo Hebrew, which is reported to have begun about 1000 BCE, about the time of the account of David. Paleo Hebrew did not exist in the days of Moses - so what language could have been the original? Undoubtedly, the Shapira scrolls narrative leading up to the Decrees tell events we now know to be invented and not historical, so any value we place on them should be supported by whether or not we believe or think those Standards for living provide a just and reasonable set of instructions for living a just and reasonable life. That is the bottom line, and I've not heard from anyone who would point out reasons to think they are unjust standards - but largely match common sense humanity. Please take the time to look into the consolidated list included at the bottom of this page. Are they just, reasonable, and good standards to live by? Can you think of anything that should be included that wasn't? Can you think of anything in them that really don't make sense? The only one that comes to my mind is the Sabbath - Seventh Day - being true, as I've never met a human or heard of a human account of this from others - and how could one know - as Adam (mankind) was not created until the 6th day - so how could he have known to sanctify the day? Ezekiel doesn't mention the Sabbath in chapter 18, but it would relate to not charging compound interest when loaning money - and anyone who has taken out a mortgage on a home knows how much of the money goes to paying off the loan money - as opposed to the profits made with compound interest. If a criminal who was convicted of theft had a penalty of 20 percent - how is it that credit charges are more than a theif would have to pay back if they stole the money?! And this is legal? It used to be a crime worthy of death until the Catholic Church partnered with wealthy Jewish bankers in the 1400's. That is the only one that I still wonder about, but considering the rest - which are unjust, unreasonable, or undoable?
We've been told the Bible is historical history and fully reliable, but studies for more than 100 years to prove the Bible is historical have proven it is a book made up by many authors who took the myths of other nations before them and invented their 'Divine' story that self agrandizes Israel and has been used to work evils upon the earth since it was first devised about 200 years before Jesus was born. We now know it is filled with faked and blended historical accounts, lies and falsehoods, which need to be soundly rejected if we believe provable truth, honesty or equity are important for the survival of mankind. Pay particular attention to what is contained from 1:15:00 to 1:25:00. Keep in mind that the restoration of the Torah in Nehemiah is dated to 444 BC. The discussion about the Elephantine Jewish Temple in Egypt letters date squarly to this time, yet there is no knowledge about this great reform or the Torah or great characters of history, as Moses, Abraham, David, or Solomon are ever mentioned - wildly exposing the Bible account to be based on lies - calling reworked myths of others to be historical or true!

Mattfeld If we observe what is upright, and allow those upright things to soak into our conscience, we will be more than able to hold fast to what is good, and let go of the bad ideas given to us by those we never knew - but were told to believe. Stop being willfully blinded. Use the ability to discern good from evil by God given reason - that is why God gave us brains! Stop being 'cut-and-paste' Christians - use your brains and learn by improving yourself! When you see and observe the true light of life - the reasonable cause and effect truths given to start with - you may well be amazed you didn't see it before! I can say this is possible because if I could do it - it is possible for others to do likewise. I was raised in one of the Churches that believed theirs was the only "true" Church on earth, the only one that sought to be "New Testament Christians", and devoid of the "Doctrines of Denominationalism" that divided everyone else! What has recently been discovered was not known until near 2000, that our records of scripture are certainly not as secure, true, or even given from God as told in Exodus, and that most of the New Testament is greatly altered and much of the books are now shown to be provably not true, but to be invented Lore to blend gnostic or Hellenized views into "Christianity." It took me nearly a lifetime to see and understand how far "we" were from that initial goal, and that my own Church had abandoned both its roots and its goal. We thouht Paul was an apostle to the gentiles, but it's now proven that Pauls teachings defy what Jesus taught in Matthew - which was given for all mankind - not just the Jews, as some teach today. It took far too long to finally realize we have contradictory "Scriptures" because what we have has first been altered from what it was, and second, books were included as Scripture that would have better remained in the dust of the earth, or to have never been believed true to start with. The primary author of Christian Scripture that should be questioned is one of the most beloved and regarded - the "apostle to the gentiles - Saul/Paul." Few have dared to compare the words from Paul to the words from Jesus or God, especially preachers and ministers, who are busy to deny the contradictions and invent possible remedies that try to gloss or cover over the contradictions contained in our Bible - this is the source and reason of how the faith taught by Jesus has fractured into perhaps fourty-thousand different 'sects' of Christianity today. It's far past time for everyone to awaken from the bewitchment from faked scriptures and lying apostles or rabbe. What is being shared herein is common sense reason, known
facts to date, and openly evaluating if we have good reason to believe anything in our bible is as true as we've all been
told to believe. My
in depth study into the teachings of Jesus started near 2000 and hundreds of viewpoints and evidences have been studied to
see if anything makes good sense - or not. Initially my study was to the teachings of Jesus in our New Testament with
the principle of the Instructions of God about who He said to hear versus who He said to ignore in Deuteronomy 4, 12, 13,
15, and 18. This indept study was initiated after taking a saying of Jesus - that if we will do what he said to do,
that we will know if his words are from God - or not. When I mindfully and deliberately did this, it was like a light-bulb
went off in my soul that enlightened me to the truth of this statement (first focusing on the Sermon on the Mount, as it alone
holds a special place of priority for those who have studied Jesus' teachings). My
study came in layers, first being that the standards of judging whether or not anyone spoke on behalf of God are all common
sense and reasonable. Do they teach the same "God"? Do they teach in any way to detract or add to the
Standards given in the Statements (what is commonly termed 'Commandments' is perhaps most closely translated as 'teachings'
or 'decrees' - not "Commandments" as we commonly view them in Christianity). Do they lead away from
observing what was said to start with by adding or deletion or alteration? Do they teach 'divining' knowledge
in any way, as opposed to the upright plain text meanings contained therein? (Rabbinical writings make much of divining meanings
via numerology, or word games of making charts of letters, or other methods to detract from the simple plain text meaning
of the Pact Standards. See Deuteronomy 15; Divining is prohibited and said to be cursed. Another is if they give
prophecy, if it doesn't happen as foretold - they either spoke lies in the NAME of God, or spoke presumptuously - that we
were commanded to ignore them! (Observe accounts of prophets saying 'Peace, Peace', when there was no peace.) As for
"Christianity" - consider if there is a "Spirit of truth", or "Holy Spirit" that inspired anyone
- consider that the words of God would not defy the "Spirit" of God. The Spirit cannot teach against His words
of life - they will support those words of life if they are true. Consider if the Creation was done by the words of
God, that this is somewhat akin to those words were given to create life in us as it was created and meant to be lived - that
it is good to live a just and reasonable life - and to 'live by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God', as taught
by Jesus in the sermon on the mount. This defies thinking it is about some vague 'spirituality', instead of being careful
and mindful to OBSERVE THE WORDS TO DO THEM. They are useful to realize the charater of yourself, your fellow, your
family, or anyone else - we are known in reality by what we do and who we support. Why Judaism follow the Rabbe who have replaced the Teachings for their own peculiar religion
of their rites, rituals, and traditions shows how much sway Rabbi have over Judaism that is in direct oppossition to
the stated Teachings given by the God they say they serve! God said those who keep His Standards, as given, are the
people He will consider "My people" - not those who ignore Him to follow their Rabbi, who look to have twisted the
Teachings - who have placed themselves as equal to any of the great prophets in their accounts - they believe if 1001 Rabbi
say one thing, and 1000 true prophets of God said otherwise - the Rabbi outnumber the true prophets of God and the Rabbe must
be followed. It seems odd to me that they see the Kingdom of God as a Democracy of Rabbe who convince people of
their rites, such as swinging a chicken over their head to absolve future sins of false testimony against others for the next
year! One of the famous Rabbi was Hillel, who was a near contemporary
to Jesus. Should you read his writings you might notice a glaring difference between Jesus and Hillel - Jesus taught
to live squarely and uprightly within living a life that God said He will bless - Hillel wrote about how close we can get
to living away from the blessings of God without causing oneself to do cursed things - two completely different perscectives
about living your life. We should be noting these great differences and refuting the evils they teach. We need
to realize the fact that Jesus teachings match living a life that God had said He will bless, and that 'blessed are you in
your coming, and blessed are you in your going' - regarding our hereafter? Our concept of the given Standards has changed over the ages,
and internal evidence show they are also altered in our current account. Current Hebrew accounts don't well match the major prophets criticisms
of Israel, and the Shapira scrolls account gives compelling reason to observe what may have came fefore made much more sense
to what the prophets said against Israel, and also provide evidence of exactly what was changed by the 'lying pens' of the
Scribes. (See Jeremiah 8:8; 7:22; Amos 5: 21-24; Isaiah 1:11; Hoseah 6:6 - note specific charges listed in Ezekiel 18 to be
evil, such as violence or usery (loaning money at interest.)

The Hebrew scriptures testify God never commanded their sacrificial system or traditions from Deuteronomy,
Leviticus, or Numbers. How much has nothing to do with what they were told to start with? Thankfully much is coming
to light about problems in the Bible, but we need to be careful to see the good that remains - especially in the teachings
of Jesus - mainly in Matthew. The studied facts show the Hebrew Bible is absolutely invented lore and myths - based on stories
of others who came before them. The simple fact is the Decrees are good common sense
directions to learn and discern what a just and reasonable person will use as standards to live justly and know who they should
trust, as well as see who should not be trusted or believed. They are simple enough for a child to be taught them,
just as the instructions reported when they were given. As oppossed to this, the "oral torah" matters of Judaism
are not for children, women, or non-Jews, which is a widely different teaching/instruction given at the start - or if not
from Elohim, when they were initially devised. Why is it that it can be observed that two-thirds of them have been taken
away from our knowledge base of 'Scripture'? (Alteration of the Ten, and deletion of each of the Ten having associated
'Blessed" and "Cursed".) The methods from Deuteronomy 4, 12,
13, 15 and 18 make good common sense. All I did was to take them and put them into action in my studies. They
continue to provide additional insights as my studies have continued. Keep in mind that what I'm saying are my current
viewpoints of where evidences have so far led me to conclude - everyone needs to make their own decisions on the critical
matters exposed herein. My hope in putting this out is to save as many people as possible from the LIES we've been told
are the words of God - when they provably cannot be because of proofs of history, archeology, and direct contradictions
contained within both the Christian Bible, Jewish Tenach, Torah, Oral Torahs of Judaism, Kaballah, or other such associated
textual information available. We were given brains to use - start thinking for yourself
and see if these things make good sense - or not. Your happiness, peace, and success in life may depend on it.
Observe the words of God in the oldest Hebrew accounts now available and the alignment to most of the teachings of Jesus in
Matthew. This seems to give evidence to us today that Jesus was inspired to teach what he did. A great variety of religious beliefs
started in ancient times before Judaism. People sought to petition the gods in charge of nature. There were many
gods, and in the beliefs of many, the gods had little concept of concern for the 'righteous' behavior of mankind. Many
belief systems had multiple gods, but also one supreme god who was over all. The earliest may have been the Sumarians,
whose beliefs centered for all to 'gather, purify, and lift up to heaven, and whose supreme god was Ahura Mazda. About
the time Abraham was supposed to have lived, the area he was from were likely ancient Zoroastrians, who certainly believed
in a Supreme God - and they had a sacred fire alter and at least one anual ritual, but little is known of it in particular.
Evcn ancient Egypt believed in judgment after this life and that one's heart needed to be light as a feather and to have not
done what is evil. By the time the Greeks came along it seems the gods had little sense of the need for morality of
men as the Egyptians and Sumarians had. Evidences seem to show Judaism did not begin until after Greek influences on
the general area of its Empire. Many like to point to the characters
of fame in the Bible, such as Enoch - but if one just reads the whole thing, it's easily observed how much was really based
on their imaginations and superstitions - such as gods or angels in charge of natural things, such as frost. Honestly,
why don't we just read the books to be the Lore and Myth they really are, we would be much better off than to pretend
the Hebrew accounts are really true or inspired by God, or the "Holy Spirit" of God. (all scripture is god
breathed by the holy spirit - did Paul say that?;-) It has now been discovered where much of the creation account in
Genesis originated, and the previous account was written as Lore or Myth - not some "Divine Revelation" -
its obvious that they 'borrowed' the account and then passed it on as their peculiar divine account of the Creation - and
they were totally dishonest to have altered the Lore to make it their 'Truth'. Don't you think it's time mankind grow
up from superstitions and trusting in old prophecies that failed thousands of years ago - such as there would be a king on
the throne of David perpetually - when it all started falling apart shortly after his son Solomon - who made greavious errors,
in spite of having been the wisest man who ever lived? Give me a break - or that God would command Israel to do what
He had just told them would cause them to be cursed if they did it? Rabbinical Lore is all it is folks.
If it is more, you'll have to provide me some evidence of fact, as all the science and study to date has proven the Bible
account did not happen as told, and could not have happened as told! Much is altered. Much is adopted lore that
was re arranged and characters renamed - such as the flood and creation myths. Fact is the earth cannot be 6000 years
old, and Hebrew cannot be the language of God used to create the universe. It's well past time to reject the lies of
Judaism have any sway on us, and if we do believe what Jesus taught was true, and was of God, that we clean up the mess we
all inherited from Rome and Judaism - who both had a direct hand in the death of Jesus - whose claim was not what we've been
told in Sunday School or from any Pulpit, College, or University in the entire USA. The
whole NT was read for over 50 years, and being a third generation preachers son, and having gone to David Lipscomb in Nashville
as a Bible Major, I've always had interest in religions and belonged to the Church of Christ most of my life, and also had
experience teaching adult bible classes - one on continueing revelation - as that related to many other churches starting,
such as Mormons, Jehovah's Witnesses, and Seventh Day Adventists. Our church believed they were the one true church
because they held the value to simply be "New Testament Christians" who followed what the Bible says, instead of
the multitude of denominations that were based upon the Creeds and Doctrines developed by councils of men through the years. My focus was to see if what I'd been
taught was really true - was I taught what Jesus taught, or not? It seemed reasonable to make a listing of Jesus teachings
- the imperatives he said his disciples are to do, as this was the concluding charge at the end of Matthew, to make disciples
of him and teach them whatsoever he had first commanded or taught them to do - or to not do - the imperative teachings of
Jesus. I will invite everyone on the face of the earth to repeat what I did to see if what I'm saying is so - or not.
This is a scientific experiment that should be verifiable by anyone with the dogged interest to do it - to see if what we've
been taught is so - or not. Starting with Matthew, it had over 200 imperitive teachings.
Progressing into Mark, the number was much less. Luke was close to Matthew, but was lacking the completeness therein.
John perhaps had the least, but it also had the most about the need to do as he taught - a curious book, considering it lacked
the founding sermon on the mount, and it testified against the other gospels from start to finish. This is most easily
discerned by review of historical details being wildly different from Matthew. Then I considered that Luke and Mark
also had considerable contradictions when compared to what Jesus had taught in Matthew. How could this be so if
they were all true as we've been told to believe? What
I brought to my study is a heafty dose of common sense, combined with the skills learned from working for the Department of
Transportation in California for 40 years. Details matter. Standards matter. Specifications matter. Guiding
Permits Conditions matter if a project required specific Permits to be authorized to do the work - such as Permits from the
Air or Water Quality Boards, Fish and Game, or provisions involving work that required Native American inspectors present
during excavation work in the Sierra Foothills or Mountains. You would not believe how many things are involved in a
large project to design and construct a highway re alignment through environmentally sensitive areas. It was fascinating
work in a beautiful area that I much enjoyed, and I suspect you would have enjoyed having Lake Tahoe, Yosemite, Death Valley,
Santa Cruz, and Santa Barbara as your work zone. It was the greatest experience of my life to work with so many people,
as well as being privilaged to work for the Chief Construction Engineer who oversaw most of the Senior and Civil Engineers
doing the work via the Contractors who won the bidding process. Some jobs I was working with also included the San Fransisco
- Oakland Bay Bridge. Multiple year projects with some valued over a Billion dollars. It was a huge responsibility
to have worked within. It involved a lot of planning and paying attention to details and specifications of required
elements that were considered "key indicators" for how well Construction staff were doing their jobs. When
other Agencies had issues related to either NPEDS or Air Quality Control Board compliance issues I was often the one who had
to investigate matters and see if there was a problem, and how we might resolve it, assisting the Engineers to acheive compliance
and avoiding fines or projects being shut down. Using the skills learned from my Caltrans
experiences and using them in my Bible study was a great opportunity to put all those skills learned to the task of seeing
if what I had been taught was so - or not. This study exposed things that involve everyone - every church, not just
the church of Christ. In
Matthew 24 Jesus warned of the end times and how wickedness will grow upon the earth, as he encouraged his disciples to see
this is what he said would happen, and that we not be afraid and that we give special heed that our love does not grow cold.
Jesus taught love for God and our fellow mankind. I would also like to interject a sermon once heard - I recall every
single word of it - as I'm confident you will also be able to memorize this one: "Love is a verb." It was
at a small church near Stockton, Ca *Weston Ranch, and the preacher was tiring of how people were treating others. Most
focus on love as a feeling, but it's actualy a verb - an action. Love is known and observed by our actions, not our
feelings. I also looked into the "Law" Standards, and in 2021 a purported ancient copy from the days of Ezekiel
was published - and it pretty much matches this viewpoint - and shows that the Law defines love - what it will do, and what
it will not do! Sixty years of study have led me to conclude at this time that the teachings of Jesus have
drawn so much praise and honor amongst mankind because he was 'putting legs' to the words of God.
. The core
reason is people view the Sermon on the Mount to be a remarkable teaching, both then and today - throughout history. Why
does Judaism hate Jesus more today than back then? Why do they believe God will not forgive them until they rid the face
of the earth of Christians? Why don't Christians all strive to ensure they live according to what Jesus taught in that one
lesson?! Me thinks Judaism protests too much if what Matthew said was invented by them or Rome. Where did Jesus get his
teachings? THAT is the proper question. And, are his teachings valuable to this day? Forget all the fakery of Judaism and
the rites and rituals of Christianity - observe his teachings to do them - and see if you are blessed, or not. Are we able to pause and observe ourselves in reality? Who do we pretend to think we are because of our indoctrinations? No matter what religion we have possessed upon the earth by our time, the fact is that no religion I've noted to date appears to pass the tests required to develop the best of character man is capable to become. In fact, there has been no good come to humanity from religions based from belief the Bible is the word of God, or the inerrent word of God - whether the sects of Judaism, Zionism, Orthodox Christianity, or any of the thousands of sects that have devolved from what we possess as a "Bible" or the Jewish "Tanach". Judaism in all it's main beliefs currently held has shown through Archeology and related sciences that delved into their ancient history to show the "Exodus" (as told) never happened. Other ancient societies kept thousands of records, and the stories and characters in the Bible and Tanach have no records of existing. Reconsider the account of Abraham and Isaac being intended as a sacrifice to God, which was supposedly the greatest test God gave to Abraham to know if he was to be blessed by God to be numerous and possess the gates of his enemies or to be a blessing to all mankind. Later in the "Bible" we find that God said sacrificing ones children was never told to them (Judaism), was extremely evil, and had NEVER entered his mind. (Jeremiah 19:5; "and have built the high places of Baal to burn their sons in the fire as burnt offerings to Baal, a thing which I never commanded or spoke of, nor did it ever enter My mind;") Which account is true? Did God lie to Jeremiah, or did some scribe of Judaiam invent the story before the record of what Jeremiah chaims God told him? Which "God" do you pretend or desire to serve? Which "God" does Judaism currently serve? We now know in one-thousand BC that Israel served three gods, not "One God" of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, as told in other "Bible" accounts. The vast majority of Christians are totally unaware of how evil Judaism, and especially Israel, have become. The fact is that God has not stepped up to rid evil upon the earth, evils or Satan were not defeated by the crucifixion of Jesus, and if Justice or Reason is to prevail upon the earth - it's time we all stop pretending our religions are true OR GOOD. Haven't we all been told the Bible is a record of human history from the beginning, and that we can trust what it says to the highest level of certainty? Some say even the great Temples and even the Pyramids were built upon something that used to be there and was destroyed. It's not uncommon that sites contain massive blocks of stone that we still don't know how they were worked with such precision or transported to the sites - evidencing what came before was beyond modern humanity to duplicate. The sciences involed and related to Archeoloty have now proven what is told in the Bible from Genesis through First Kings is little more than myth and lore invented to give a people long over-run and ruled by other greater nations to have a great history to look back upon with pride of their forefathers - but we and our fathers were unable to know what only careful investigations could have discovered. For the sake of humanity - awaken from the stupors that have been caused by taking their account to be the literal truth. No good can come from continuing to trust in the lie that the Bible is the Divinely Inspired Direct Words of God. Independent scholars have noted for over 100 years that our "Bible" has glaring contradictions - where they scribal mistakes, translation errors, conflicting accounts due to various unrelated accounts being incorporated into a new corpus of knowledge? Study of the Dead Sea Scrolls Bible shows the Scriptures were undergoing alterations up to th time of Jesus, and the Massoretic Text of Judaism shows direct evidence their accounts were being further developed as late as 900 CE. And most recently noted, how is it that the Torah is so similar in law to what the Greeks had about 300 BC, when the oldest accounts and historical evidence in Judaism and Israel historically and archeologically date to between 200 and 170 BC, when we can find evidential points to a hint of knowledge of the "Torah"?
A current overview of the history of religions dates back to obscure Sumarian times when the people claimed knowledge of civilization was given to them from someone else. Sitchen is now proven to have invented his own lore, but is there some element of reality in it? or not? Bible believers often point to the geneology accounts in the Bible and claim humanity has only been on earth 6000 years or so. Some are more gracious and think it may have been 12, 000 years. Related to this is telling reported from Egypt to a Greek scholar that there have been a number of epochs of time when man was upon the earth, it was destroyed back to the stone ages, and then had to be re organized for society. In my work with Caltrans Construction I met and worked with hundreds of Civil Engineers, and some came from corporations that were exploring for oil resources. One told me of an account in the middle east when a human tooth came up in a core sample from tens of thousands of feet below the surface. The simple question was 'How did it get there?" As a Bible believer, I posed it may have been from those the earth swallowed up for rebellion against Moses in the Exodus from Egypt? I have to smile at my looking to the "Bible" for aswers to the mysteries in life = it's what I was taught to do - but those who taught me this were in defiance of reality and proper thinking through evidence available at the time. I have been guilty of doing the same thing most of my life, but when deep study to see if what I was told was really so - I had to face reality that what I was taught to be absolute truth and proof of truth was no more than being indoctrinated and brainwashed to believe whatever I was told the Bible said. It took me almost 70 years to discover these things, and since I believe no good can come from trusting is what is not true - it is childish to continue to believe in the Tooth Fairy, Peter Pan, or that God desires we remain childish of mind - we were given brains to use them, and we need to face reality so we stop supporting lies, destroying peoples or lands, or theft of land or falsely accusing others. It's high time we use reality to live justly and demand those who govern us return to the Standards so that nations might be enabled to live in peace and prosperity. We must choose to be blessed by what we choose to do - favor of reality cannot be based on lies or cheating or falsely accusing others. Of all the generations since 2000 BC (4,000 years?), we now possess critical information of fact that was unavailable to those before us. Dare we use reason and reality with some common sense and the brains given to us to use in our lives to come to better conclusions than were available to those who created the various "Religions" that were birthed by councils of ignorant or evil men? I have to believe whoever made mankind gave us a healthy dose of common sense and an unseen and sometimes unreasonable 'gut sense' to use in our lifetime to make better decisions than evidence shows man has ignorantly chosen that has been harming mankind since its inception. Most are unaware that there was no "Bible" for thousands of years after the events contained therein,. Any book written 2500 years after the fact is highly unlikely to tell events that really happened, and its record is now proven to be far more unreliable than told. Studies of Archeology and related sciences have proven what the Bible tells as history can't be factual, so it cannot be true as we were told to believe. This one is about the Temple in Jerusalem: A History of the Jerusalem Temple Judaism did not invent Monotheism, nor was it first, and Hebrew is not the "language of God" used to create the Universe. The oldest name attributed to God in their records is "El", and Elohim, then it transitioned to YHWH and what we now have as Jehovah in English. Monotheism existed over 1000 years before Judaism or the ancient Hebrews - or Hyksos. Their reports of how evil everyone around them were is most likely myth as well. Chances are good that Judaism has as its roots Zoroastrianism, the ancient religion of where Abraham was supposed to be from - if he ever existed. In observing ancient cultures, whether of China, India, Assyria, Babylon, Egypt, Persia, Greece, or Rome - or of numerous cultures such as native Americans, it was common to have developed stories of origins and cultural myths that were handed down - written and unwritten - to their posterity as part of their culture, each having something unique in its telling. Some events were shared by other cultures, such as flood myths, that were passed down from the most ancient cultural memories. Cultural, or National myths may include beliefs, traditions, rites, and rituals. These cultures have also had infulence upon others. An example is the Greeks started the science of thought and reason before Plato and Aristotle. Judaism's account tends towards of laws, rites and rituals, culminating in a base text later on that we call the Hebrew "scriptures". Our Bibles tell of Judaism starting with the descendents of Abraham through Moses, but today Orthodox Judaism tells of their beginnings about 300 BC with the start of Rabbinic Judaism. The reported discovery of the scroll of Moses in Nehemiah dates to 444 BC and tells of a major reform at that time. The facts known now are that there was no knowledge of the Torah of Moses until after 270 BC, as during the time reported (444 BC), we now know those at the Jewish temple in Elephantine Egypt were writing to those at the Jerusalem temple and there was no indication of any knowledge of the Torah, Moses, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob or even David or Solomon - and they were worshipping three gods, not one at the time Nehemiah says a great reform was taking place! See reference books that deal with this topic, such as "Why The Bible Began"; "The Origin of Judaism"; or "The Invention of the Hebrew Bible"; and "Plato and the Invention of the Hebrew Bible" by Russell Gmerken. Few have written about it, but Plato wrote of Laws, and what he deemed to be the best foundation for a people, and this remarkably preceeded the formulation of the Hebrew accounts we have as our Old Testament. To date (2026), no one has proven the Hebrew account predates 250 BC, when the oldest texts of the Dead Sea Scrolls report to date. Ages of findings near Quamran have generally been accepted to date between 250 BC to 70 CE, just prior to the destruction of the Temple in Jerusalem. Some think many of the scrolls may have been from the Temple library, and they also contain some early Christian writings, which was withheld from Christianity's knowledge for 50 - 70 years. It is also now known that there was no great united Kingdom of Israel and Judah - that is fiction created by those in the South after the North was conquired by Babylon. Also untrue is all of Israel was taken captive to Babylon - only the elite were taken, the people of the land stayed to continue to work the agriculture - only select few weret taken to Babylon - so there cannot be the "missing 10 Tribes of Israel". That is also historical fiction. And what of their once united Kingdom? That was also fiction - there is no record of it, and archeology shows it was non existant as told. What about the One Temple in Jerusalem? Also fiction - about 500 - 700 BC we now know there was another temple to YHWH about two miles away, as well as on the island of Elephantine Egypt where things were not according to the Scriptures either. What about the "Exodus" of Israel to Canaan and their "conquest" of the land as told in Joshua, Judges, Samuel, and I Kings? Again - fiction. The report of the conquest of Sihon and Heshbon are now known to be historical fiction because there had never been a city there by the time of the Exodus story (1450 BC?)! No one has found evidence for Saul, David, or Solomon either! In fact, there is a profound absense of evidence - no records have been found of them - not even records of their numerous marriages to those in surrounding kingdoms (debunking the story of the many wives of David and Solomon). The only evidence of "David" is a stone monument that mentions the 'house of David' - which was hundreds of years after David - if he ever existed. We definately should not think the Torah or Tanach to be a reliable or literal telling of the Hebrew Scripture. Remember the Brittish Royalty and the "house of Windsor" has no "Windsor" in the house - it's likely a reference to lore and little more. Perhaps the Bible is more akin to pretending "The Knights of the Round Table" or "Moby Dick" - the great King David is likely fiction as was the killing of a lion or Goliath. What about David and Bathsheba? If David has no support - why worry about Bathsheba? Also unlikely is the comment from David to God of "Against Thee, and Thee only have I sinned". David absolutely sinned against and betrayed his trusted friend - the husband of Bathsheba - if it happened - and God is not likely to defy the Teachings reportedly given at Mount Sinai - as the 3000 year old account proves one's true relationship to God is known and observed by whether treatment of others is according to those Teachings - or of evil. Is there good and sound reason to set aside the evidence for the "house of David" mentioned on a monument? Experts give evidence it is faked evidence and should not be seen as valid evidence as we've long been told. The Only Archaeological Evidence for King David Is A Forgery! | Dr. Niels Peter Lemche It appears to me that most of the "Tales" of Judaism were invented to circumvent the Standards given - to invite exceptions to the Standards to deceive away from the plain truth contained therein. The stories are fiction - from Adam through Solomon. The issue is if the account of the Sinai Covenant is trustworthy, reasonable, good, and has direct evidence that does support something happened there that hopefully served to inspire their account of "Scripture" - or it is only good and reasonable human to human advice? or not? Let's be honest and thoughtful as we consider the findings our forefathers were never able to hear. I have to believe the standard of the Bereans was a good one - to go back and see if what someone claims is so - or not! If you look up "Judaism" in the Dictionary you can note it centers from the interpretation and directions of the Rabbi in all things from interpretation of the Scriptures to the rites, rituals, and traditions of Judaism - versus simply following the God given common sense Standards reportedly given by Elohim at Mount Sinai. I've also noted that Wikipedea is heavily revised to cover tracks of what it said before - at least regarding Judaism and various beliefs they hold. The English language used to have more stability than it currently does, and it seems great efforts are being expended to change the meaning of words or historical meanings. Also present is Judaism has a different meaning to what others think - such as "Torah" to an orthodox Jew may primarily mean their rabbinical 'Oral Torah' - so do be careful to make sure whether they speak of their invented "Oral Torah" or the "Torah" meaning of the five books of Moses - the first five books in the Bible/Tanach. Judaism: 1: a religion developed amongst the ancient Hebrews and marked by belief in One God who is creator, ruler, and redeemer of the universe and by the moral and ceremonial laws of the Old Testament and the rabbinic tradition. 2: conformaty to Jewish rites, ceremonies, and practices. 3: the cultural, social, and religious beliefs and practices of the Jews 4: the whole body of Jews.
What one is taught in a college or seminary is much different than what is taught or explored at the University level. I wish my dad had correctly imparted this to me, but unfortunately, I was taught the opposite! University's level of knowledge varies, and most have guiding hands to control what is, or is not, studied or written about. Some top scholars have been "reassigned" for daring to write about things that expose too much - an example might be of Idan Dershowitz, after publishing ‘The Valediction of Moses' - his published translation of a purported ancient account one might term "proto- Deuteronomy", as the account shows what we now have may not be what came before (read THE VALEDICTION OF MOSES ["V"] from 3 pages to 34 chapters). It should be observed that we have less than one third of the Standards given at Mt. Sinai, and that Elohim said he is god of gods, not the only god. Another example is that Universities having faith based roots, such as Pepperdine, David Lipscomb, Oral Roberts, or Chapel Hill - when they have an active Seminary education department, it is not likely they will promote studies that might undermine their own status quo interests and support bases. It is uncommon that Chapel Hill had staff such as Bart Ehrman, who wrote extensively on evidence and reason that questioned the veracity of the Bible. Many highter levels of education began as supported by Churches, to promote higher education, especially regarding their faith - as beliefs about religions are one of the main reasons the USA came to be reality - that people be free to have their own beliefs, rather than the Church/State dictating what a person could believe. On the other hand, we have records of some nations expressly prohibiting some Christian beliefs, and some to this day prohibit Christianity, and in some places it is said that possession of a Bible is a crime. To a casual observer in the USA this may seem highly oppressive and wrong, but in historical reality, many great wars and destruction of nations and society have stemmed from religious beliefs conflicts, such as RCC Crusades and Colonial expansion of their empire to the earth - including the lands now in the USA! What crimes were done by the native American Indians to the Church of Rome? (dare we do deep research and note who began the conflicts between the Palestinians and Orthodox Zionist Jews? See the writings of NKUSA.org, and RevisionistHistory.org, as well as three volumes of "The Secret Relationship Between Blacks and Jews" by N.O.I.) The historical fact is that after 300 years of wildly variant forms of "Christianity", Rome usurped the variant forms of "Christianity" to then take control of the nations and demand they are the supreme authority for religion and appointing kings over the earth, which had nothing to do with what was taught by Jesus (see Matthew 23 and Jesus saying there were to be no leaders as the institutions of men and governments practice, but that all his disciples are to be partners in discipleship to him, as we are yoked with him when we do as he taught to serve God the Father in heaven. See "The Lord's Prayer"). Another curiosity is observing who values the common sense morality taught by Jesus - versus who has hated Jesus for 2000 years. Truth be told, Judaism has multiplied false charges against Jesus four-fold since his trial near 30 AD. Were the charges insufficiant then? Why do some of them teach God will not forgive Israel until they rid the face of the earth of Christians?! Even Atheists have spoken well of Jesus, and one has to dig deep into what Judaism believes now to grasp how evil they have become over time. It's just as reported in "V", Elohim said when giving the Pact at Sinai - if they fell away from it and observing His will to do it - they would become worse and worse - and He even said the nations would use their name as a by-word. As "The Fiddler on the Roof" declared of his faith as a Jew: "Tradition!!!" And they pretty much hold up their Rabbe as replacements for the Prophets of Elohim, and "follow the Rabbi", like LDS "follow the Prophet". We are all in dire need to be taught the simple, just, and common sense rules of life - the closer we are to doing those things, the better off we will be. Although the 13 Colonies were founded upon religious freedom - to be allowed to worship according to our own conscience and beliefs, the control of what those elements that develop the conscience and belief of any particular Christian is were based from RCC doctrine, then Protestant doctrine, then fracturing into thousands of variant doctrines that might be developed from the highly contradictory texts we have in our Bible - of which have developed many different "translations" or "versions" - most famous of which is the King James Version, which has morphed throughout its history, and had largely borrowed from Tyndale, whom they killed and burned at the stake for daring to translate the "Bible" so people might be able to read it for themselves, rather than being totally reliant upon a church with questionable motives, morality, and honesty. One of the biggest differences between Judaism and Christianity is the Christian Doctrine of the "Fall of man" in Eden. It may surprise you to realize in the Hebrew account God told Cain, before he killed his brother: "Why is your countenance fallen? Surely, if you improve yourself, you will be forgiven (elevated). Sin rests at the door, its desire is towards you, yet you can conquer it." This addresses the fact that there was no "fall" that causes all mankind to be hopelessly degenerate and incapable to do good. The fact is we were created to become better people! There are many examples in the Hebrew Scripture to show that when we cease what is evil, then replace bad behaviors with good behaviors, we do in fact elevate ourselves. This was the message of God to Cain, as well as through Isaiah chapter one where God said: "Come, let us reason together!" We can improve ourselves anytime in our lives. How could man be fallen because of Adam and Eve if God told Cain, after the 'fall', "Surely, if you improve yourself, you will be forgiven!"?? So long as we have the breath of life, as told in the Parable about workers in the Vineyard being sought in the morning, noon and near evening, and all receiving the same just wage for working therein. Just as we are capable to learn more in school, we are able to learn more in our life if we are paying attention to observe and do the things that really matter to mankind, especially if it regards equity, truth, justice, mercy, and a basic Standard for human behavior - such were the Sinai Covenant Standards found from perhaps 3000 years ago - which included the decrees, the blessings, and the curses. For that matter, regarding education, anyone who has graduated from any school will likely tell that their lives thereafter were the true education, as lessons in school often don't fit exactly to problems we had to resolve or solve. True education is what happens after school! Behaviors amongst mankind were the focus of the Covenant - not rites, rituals, or traditions! Whether you believe God gave them, or not, the fact is they provide a very good definition of cause-and-effect behaviors that should regulate any reasonable person or society! Which of them is a stretch to understand or do? Unlike the Trinity Doctrine, which has to be based upon faith, as no one has been able to reasonably justify it since its inception. Neither does it make sense to think Jesus taught John 3:16 as a do all passage, to believe in Jesus is enough to save anyone, and fail to observe the chapter ends with him telling that those who believe in him will do what he said to do. It's also very telling that the gospel of John doesn't have an accounting of the founding sermon of Jesus: The Sermon on the Mount! This huge crack is direct evidence that Doctrines of Judaism and Christianity are fatally flawed and are the source of our problems (fall of man is a false doctrine, the Decrees are about how we are to live, not just believe, and the rites, rituals, and traditions of Judaism and Christianity serve no good to be prove we believe God or desire to ‘live justly and love mercy" - and that we are perfectly able to discern between good and evil.
Malachi 3:16 - 18, Dead Sea Scrolls Bible:
"Then those who feared the LORD spoke one to another, and the LORD listened, and heard, and a book of remembrance was written before him, for those who feared the LORD, and that thought upon his name. So that they shall be mine, says the LORD of hosts, even my own possession, in the day that I make [the Day of the LORD - judgment day?]; and I will spare them, as a man spares his own son that serves him. Then you will again distinguish between the righteous and the wicked, between the one who serves God and the one who serves him not."
One glaring example to decide what is true: What does the Covenant Law of Sinai have to do with the Hebrews versus the non-Hebrew Greeks and Romans? Jesus said to live by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God - the most famous of which are the words He spoke to everyone present at Sinai - Hebrews and those of a ‘multitued of nations.' The given Standards were for everyone - Hebrews and all other nations. The Standards state that we serve God, largely, by equitable and fair behavior, and doing no evil - that our relationship to God is seen in how we treat our fellow man. They were given to observe to do them, not as a matter of faith alone. In the "New Testament" Paul said it was not God who gave the Covenant Decrees (Law), and that they were given by lowly angels, or elementals, who are no god. Paul also said the Law causes sin, as without his knowing the Law said not to covet, then caused him to covet, when before he had no desire to do so - that the Law caused him to sin, and that in his spirit he served God, but in his flesh, sin, followed by "wretched man that I am, who can deliver me from the Law of sin and death?!" Honestly - really, honestly - who really believes Paul can be proven to have been teaching the same message Jesus, God, or any of the Pslams and Prophets gave in the Hebrew accounts? Paul did teach some things that seem to make sense - such as the Holy Spirit can be seen in love, joy, peace, and a sound mind of a true believer, but neglects the point made by Jesus at the end of Matthew about making disciples of him who keep the same teachings he had given the twelve disciples. God defined what a sound mind really is in the Covenant Standards, that Paul said were given as a curse to Israel - not a blessing for the entire earth - for all of mankind - that it is honorable to keep the Covenant Standards - Isaiah 42 and 56. Paul also taught the Law was done away with - nailed to the cross. Jesus taught the Law was everlasting - as Elohim had said - and that we not even think he came to loosen it or do away with it. Have we all grown so dull as to read Matthew and the gospels and then forget what Jesus taught by the time we try to grasp what Paul taught in his many varied accounts? Rome did "Christianity" no favor to adopt Paul's writings to be part of the "New Testament" - instead they poisoned the well of what Elohim gave through the life and testimony of Jesus. I'm writing this from a lay-person perspective, not as a church authority - but the facts of the matter are now known, and Christian Apologetics has been in denial of the facts since they started being revealed, and I'm passing this on because I believe we need to know those who we trusted to tell us the real truth have not been true to any trust we placed with them - some by neglect of our personal responsibility, some by neglect of their appointed responsibilities. The primary problem of how we have been taught is one of being disciples indeed - versus being indoctrinated to the teachings of Paul being equated to the words of God, because they are 'In the Book!' What did God say at Sinai about those who love Him and keep His commandments? His words from Sinai are clear to define who He says who is blessed, as well as who He said are cursed. This is my accounting of the consolidated Covenant Standards of the Ten Decrees, Blessed, and Cursed, reportedly 3000 years old and published in 2021. Let's keep the words of God in mind as we review the claims of Saul/Paul, and also for the teachings of Jesus. I am Elohim, your god, who freed you from the land of Egypt, from the slave-house. You shall not have any other gods. You shall not make a carving or any image that is in the heavens above or the earth below or in the waters beneath the earth. You shall not prostrate yourselves before them, and you shall not serve them. Blessed is the man who has Elohim as his god, and who prostrates himself only to him, and who serves him alone. Had Israel been infused with the knowledge of the Covenant, there is no way that the Ten Decrees could have been altered by the corrupted priesthood and scribes near the time of Ezekiel, and the obvious fact "V" tells is that they did, and all should repent to believe the unaltered words given by Elohim, which are now restored after almost 3000 years!!!! Jesus did teach according to the Original Decrees - as we can note his sayings about what one calls another - such as "you fool!" to be a dangerous thing to do - which is in total accord with "You shall not hate your brother in your heart. I am Elohim, your god." (the deleted commandment) We must also note who God declared "Blessed" or "Cursed", as we consider these things every day, in what we say and do. As for me, I choose to believe God is true to His word - but not the alterations of the Pharisees or Rome. Our hope should be that, as God told Cain, he was responsible and capable to repent and do rightly to be in proper relationship with both God and his brother. May Elohim be merciful towards those who did the best they could with what they were able to know, but surely, since we can now know - we must surely repent to believe His words as given, not as altered by those of the evil one - who was cursed for doing so!
